Requirements:
Experience in restaurant management including experience managing a team, and familiarity with managing a P & L, Food Cost, and Labor Cost
Drive key performance indicators including labor, food and cash
Knowledge of food safety and willingness to certify in this field
Develop team members to improve performance and earnings
Complete daily responsibilities including food safety checklist and inventories
Complete daily sales report, drawer counts, compile and deliver deposits
Breakfast and Drive-thru experience is a plus
Understand your success depends on the success of others is crucial Minimum Age: 18 years old
