Summary:

Our award-winning client is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team.As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys throughout the litigation process. You will manage case files, conduct legal research, prepare documents, and assist with trial preparation.

Responsibilities:

Organize and manage case files, ensuring all documents are properly indexed and accessible.

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support attorney arguments.

Review and analyze documents for relevance and potential evidentiary value.

Assist with discovery processes, including preparing responses to interrogatories and document requests.

Support trial preparation by organizing exhibits, preparing witness lists, and assisting with other trial-related tasks.

Manage electronic discovery processes, including data collection, review, and production.

Prepare and file court documents, ensuring compliance with all applicable rules and deadlines.

Interact with clients and court officials in a professional and courteous manner. Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.

Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred.

Strong proficiency in legal research databases and e-discovery platforms.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
