Title: Mechanical Engineer

Location: Alliance, NE

Pay: $90,000 - $125,000 / Relocation assistance / 5-10% annual bonus

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts / occasional weekends for emergencies

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and enhance mechanical processes and equipment to boost reliability, efficiency, and performance.

Develop and lead maintenance and reliability programs focused on reducing downtime and improving asset life.

Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen plant reliability.

Use performance data and reporting tools to support sound, data-driven maintenance decisions.

Partner with operations and maintenance teams to plan and execute improvement projects from concept through completion.

Collaborate across departments to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations.

Champion a proactive safety culture and ensure all work meets company and regulatory safety standards.
