Josh Baumgartner Insurance Inc is searching for a competitive producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations. QUALIFICATIONS:

4-year college degree OR currently pursuing a 4-year college degree.

Personality that always wants to WIN and cannot stand losing. BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage plus commission/bonus

I have been a State Farm agent since 2009.

We currently have 10 team members at our agency.
