Master's degree in ABA or related field
BCBA Certification
Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBA
BLS/CPR Certification Key Responsibilities:
Manage client programming and provide supervision
Provide clinical leadership to the ABA team
Ensure high-quality service delivery
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (OT, PT, SLP)
Support parent training and engagement.
