Fast-paced & rewarding environment Your Role & Responsibilities:

Lead & manage the Event Parking Team - recruit, train, and oversee daily parking operations

Ensure efficiency & service excellence - maintain high standards in all aspects of the role

Monitor safety & compliance - conduct safety reviews and enforce company policies

Strengthen client relationships - serve as the primary point of contact for dealership leadership

Oversee payroll & scheduling - manage employee time tracking and budget allocation

Develop future leaders - mentor staff and identify team members for growth opportunities What We're Looking For:

Supervisory experience - preferably in valet, automotive, or hospitality management

Excellent communication skills - ability to interact professionally with employees and clients

Strong problem-solving ability - quick thinking and decision-making in a fast-paced setting

Detail-oriented & organized - effective management of schedules and operations

Valid driver's license - minimum 5 years of driving experience with a clean record Working Conditions:
