About the Opportunity
Our client, a growing regional ABA firm, is currently seeking two Behavior Analysts for their Fort Wayne, Indiana clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established local company with a low/manageable caseload, room for advancement and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities
Oversee a caseload of 6-10 clients, including initial assessments, writing behavioral intervention plans and treatment plans
Supervise RBTs during weekly consultations
Train new therapists on ABA principles in preparation for their RBT exam
Supervise BCBA Trainees Required Education, Licenses and Experience
Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in Psychology or a related field
License/Certification: BCBA
Active CPR and First Aid Certification
Ability to pass background screening What We Offer
Competitive Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 salary
