Gymnastics Instructors

Responsibilities:

Understanding and supporting our cause

Planning, spotting, and teaching gymnastics classes, preschool through pre-team

Assessing the progress of students

Interacting and communicating with participant parents

Assisting with gymnastics special events and other related duties

Willingness to develop relationship-building, teaching, coaching, class management, and leadership skills Shifts:

Shifts are available at both the Dahl (La Crosse) branch and Houser (Onalaska) branch. 1-4 days per week, 3-15 hours per week.

Requirements

General understanding of gymnastics basics

Desire to work with children ages 3-12

Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with staff members, volunteers, participants, and members

Ability to spot gymnasts weighing up to 100 pounds in gymnastics skills Benefits
