Grappone Ford is seeking an experienced Ford Master Technician to join our growing service team. If you have completed Ford technician online training and hold master certification in one or more areas, we want to hear from you! Competitive pay: Flat rate with 80% guarantee for hours worked
Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (no late nights)

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive technician
Ford Master Technician certification strongly preferred
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Comprehensive knowledge of automotive systems and components
NH state inspection license a plus (not required)
Valid driver’s license and insurability
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check
