Solving Technical Problems: Diagnose and troubleshoot automation systems to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.
Repair Failed Systems: Perform timely and effective repairs to restore functionality and keep our customers' operations running seamlessly.
Maintain Systems: Conduct routine maintenance to prevent issues and extend the lifespan of automation equipment.
Educate Customers: Provide training and guidance to customers on proper system maintenance and operation, empowering them to achieve the best results from their automation solutions.
Travel to Customer Sites: Work on-site at customer facilities to deliver expert service and support (overnight travel may be required). What You Bring to the Table:
A technical degree or equivalent experience in automation, material handling, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
Proven Troubleshooting Skills: A track record of diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues.
Hands-On Experience: Familiarity with conveyor systems, industrial automation, and material handling solutions.
Customer-Focused Mindset: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, provide training, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with diagnostic tools, automation software, and basic CAD systems.
