MLR is seeking a passionate individual to join our dynamic sales team as an Account Executive / Healthcare Recruiter in the beautiful city of Davilla, TX.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, On-Site Key Responsibilities:

Source and engage potential candidates.

Conduct initial outreach to candidates, understanding their career goals, skills, and aspirations to ensure a good fit with our opportunities.

Cultivate and manage relationships with clients and candidates.

Coordinate and support recruitment processes.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the ATS/CRM by regularly updating client and candidate information. Required Qualifications:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Fundamental grasp of sales techniques to effectively promote services and attract top talent.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, candidates, and client interactions concurrently.

Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving recruiting landscape.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field preferred. Benefits:
