Concordia of Cranberry is hiring a Maintenance Director for their beautiful and conveniently located Personal Care facility. The Maintenance Director is responsible for preserving the condition of the premises and performing a variety of maintenance tasks.
This position features a Monday through Friday schedule with on-call hours, competitive pay (we pay based on experience), and a full benefits package.
If waiving health insurance, you can earn an additional $1.50/hour.
Qualifications of a Maintenance Director:
Previous experience as a maintenance technician
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and other systems
Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
High school diploma or equivalent
Certifications in HVAC or building maintenance technology is a plus Responsibilities of a Maintenance Director are included but not limited to:
Frequent rounds ensuring regulatory compliance
Maintaining all systems to ensure functionality
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently
Makes timely repairs as needed
