Position Overview:

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. You will play a critical role in medication administration, wound care, documentation, direct patient care, and nurse aide supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in accordance with resident care plans

Administer medications and perform wound care procedures

Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Supervise and support nurse aides in daily tasks

Foster a kind and respectful environment for residents and team members What We're Looking For:

Must-Have Qualifications:,>

Active NC or Compact State RN/LPN License

BLS Certification

Long-Term Care Experience Preferred Qualifications:,>

2+ Years in Skilled Nursing

MDS Experience Best Personality Fit:,>

Schedule & Expectations:

Shifts: Day and night shifts available

Weekend Rotation: Required every other weekend

On-Call: Two night shifts every 28 days Additional Details:

Electronic Medical Records (EMR): CareTracker for ADLs only

Dress Code:

RN: White top with navy or white pants

LPN: Sage . scrubs

Floating Areas: None
