Salary Range: $103,000 - $150,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Direct and optimize daily production operations to meet output, quality, and cost targets.

Implement and champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors and manufacturing staff.

Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards across all production processes.

Oversee inventory management and coordinate with supply chain to ensure material availability.

Develop and manage operational budgets, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and resource optimization.

Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends, resolve issues, and drive performance improvements. Recommended Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management.

Proven leadership and team management skills within a production environment.

Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and supply chain management.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Bonus Qualifications

Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt).

Experience with specific ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Experience managing operations in a multi-site or global manufacturing environment.
