Mayvin is seeking a Task Lead - Executive and Mission Support Services to run day-to-day operations and drive cross-directorate coordination for a large task order. You'll supervise a high-performing team, ensure quality and on-time deliverables, and serve as the primary point of accountability to government leadership-balancing resources, performance, and customer engagement to meet mission needs.

Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all operational and administrative functions supporting executives, directorates, and mission partners
Ensure seamless execution of workflows, meeting support, correspondence management, and task tracking
Lead cross-directorate coordination to keep activities aligned and deconflicted
Align team operations and outputs with the scope and requirements of a large task order
Manage day-to-day operations and prioritize work across concurrent tasks
Supervise staff, assign work, set expectations, and provide coaching/feedback
Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all deliverables
Serve as the primary point of accountability to government leadership
Act as both operational manager and strategic advisor to the program
Assist the Program Manager with resource management (staffing, workload, coverage)
Support performance oversight (metrics, progress tracking, corrective actions)
Drive customer engagement to confirm needs, gather feedback, and resolve issues
Support executive decision-making through organized information flow and coordinated inputs
Coordinate processes across internal and external stakeholders to maintain continuity
Ensure clear, consistent communication channels and information sharing
Safeguard mission execution by balancing resources, performance, and customer priorities so requirements are fully satisfied Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree desired
Minimum 10 years' experience supporting executive-level operations in the Intelligence Community (IC)
Candidates must uphold a professional demeanor and are expected to dress accordingly to support the client
Proven ability to manage executive schedules, workflows, and high-level correspondence
Experience coordinating across Intelligence Community Directorates, Components, and Offices
Demonstrated ability to support senior leadership priorities with confidentiality and professionalism
