Training & development ROLE DESCRIPTION:We're looking for a vibrant, competitive, and growth-minded Account Representative to join our high-performing insurance team. $16/hr base pay + uncapped commissions

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Make outbound calls to connect with potential customers (warm + cold leads)

Educate clients on auto, home, and life insurance options

Quote and sell policies while building relationships that last

Current United States based insurance producer license

Outbound calling experience

Competitive and hungry for career growth

Outgoing and Enjoyable to be around

Communication and persuasion skills; proficiency in using CRM software

Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

Organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads

Professional and courteous telephone manner

Focus on achieving targets and contributing to the agency's growth

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $16.00 - $40.00 per hour
