Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Strong experience in creating, updating and maintaining detailed process

Expert-level Visio skills with the ability to build, interpret, and manage process flows and diagrams

Experience with system software lifecycles, including understanding release cycles and integrating process work with software/system changes Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Familiarity with internal operational processes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain detailed process maps and workflow documentation using Visio

Align operational processes with system/software lifecycle activities, including release planning and execution

Support and enhance internal GIS operational processes, ensuring consistency and adherence across the team

Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and recommend improvements to strengthen operational workflows

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes remain accurate and up to date with system changes

Produce clear reports, presentations, and analysis using Client Office tools to communicate process insights

Ensure high accuracy and quality of all documentation, serving as a trusted advisor for process and release alignment

Translate technical or complex workflows into simple, understandable process documentation for stakeholders Company Benefits & Culture
