Looking for a day shift role with great pay? Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading marine manufacturing company in Big Lake, MN. We are seeking candidates for Assembly Technician roles working on a 1st shift schedule hours are 6:00 am2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Compensation for these opportunities is $18.00$23.00 per hour, depending on experience.

What an Assembly Technician will do:

Prepare or build up marine vehicle parts, sub-systems, and components

Perform checks and inspections to ensure quality

Operate various power tools, hoists, and production equipment

What you need to be an Assembly Technician:

Must have at least 6 months of experience within past year working with power tools or hand tools

Must be able to read a tape measure

Must have ability to follow written blueprint instructions

Must have written and verbal communication skills in English

Must be able to bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat, and reach overhead

Ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours a day with or without reasonable accommodation

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
