Line Cook

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and dietary requirements

- Follow food service standards and procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment

- Handle food properly to ensure freshness and quality

- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations

- Help with inventory management and ordering supplies

- Use knives and other kitchen tools effectively and safely

- Assist in food preparation as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience as a line cook in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods

- Understanding of food handling and safety practices

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
