The Program Manager for Online Student Services will work to develop and maintain a student services presence for students enrolled in any online program at Tulane. They will help online students resolve issues that may arise during the course of their studies, will handle lower level case management and conduct issues, and will refer to other offices as appropriate.
Previous web design and maintenance experience, including graphic design experience
Knowledge of student development theory
Ability to work with students experiencing a crisis, specifically experience deescalating crises
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's Degree and two years of directly related experience
Or
High school diploma/equivalent and eight years of directly related experience
Familiarity with Maxient or other student affairs database systems
Experience collaborating with multiple and diverse stakeholders on specific tasks
Previous experience working with high need students
