Welder 2nd Shift Openings

Ready to build your future with us? We're looking for skilled welders to join our team and help create high-quality steel components. If you have welding experience and want a role where your hard work is recognized and rewarded, this is the opportunity for you!

What You'll Do:

Operate stud welding equipment to attach studs to steel components.

Inspect materials and welds to ensure top-notch quality.

Maintain welding equipment and report any issues promptly.

Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.

Work closely with your team to hit production goals and deadlines.

Keep your work area clean and organized.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: At least 1 year in stud welding or related welding processes.

Ability to read a tape measure and understand structural steel fabrication.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous welding experience (flux core/stick preferred).

Bonus Skills: MIG, TIG, and fabrication experience.

Ability to read blueprints (great for advancement opportunities!).

Work Environment & Schedule:

Outdoor covered shop (open-air, sheet metal cover). Can be loud and dirtysteel toe boots and your own welding hood required.

2nd Shift: MonThu: 4:30 PM2:00 AM Fri: 2:00 PM10:00 PM Optional Sat: 6:00 AM12:00 PM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oakland Park, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
