ROLE OVERVIEW: What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Lube Technician, you'll have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally in a supportive and collaborative environment. Your role will involve providing excellent customer service and performing essential preventative maintenance tasks to keep our guests safe on the road.

No prior automotive experience is required! Our award-winning training program will equip you with the skills to:

Change oil

Check and refill fluids

Rotate tires

Test and replace batteries

Inspect and replace lights and wipers

Conduct an 18-point maintenance check

And perform other vital maintenance services

QUALIFICATIONS: What You’ll Need

From day one, you'll receive extensive hands-on training and support to excel as a Lube Technician. All we ask is that you bring a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for learning.

We value team members who:

Have flexible availability, especially on weekends (late nights and holidays are not required)

Possess a friendly attitude and a desire to contribute to a customer-focused team

Can read, write, and speak English fluently

To succeed in this role, you should be able to:

Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands raised

Be comfortable in a non-climate-controlled workplace
