What You'll Do

Diagnostic Testing & Analysis

Conduct a wide range of laboratory tests on blood, tissue, and body fluids using advanced lab techniques. Instrument Operation & Maintenance

Operate, calibrate, and maintain sophisticated lab equipment to ensure consistent, accurate results. Interpretation & Clinical Support

Analyze lab data and collaborate with physicians and medical staff to guide diagnosis and treatment decisions. Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory standards through regular audits and quality control procedures. Mentorship & Collaboration

Provide guidance and mentorship to lab technicians while promoting a culture of safety and teamwork. Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field. Certification:

ASCP certification (MLS, CLS, or MT) or equivalent (e.g., AMT).

New graduates eligible for certification are encouraged to apply. Skills & Experience:

Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment

Proficiency with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)

Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
