Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineer to join our product development team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and improving agricultural equipment, ensuring quality, manufacturability, and functionality. You'll work on both existing product lines and new product development initiatives that address emerging opportunities in the hay and forage industry.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and implement improvements to product quality, manufacturability, and functionality

Drive continuous improvement in cost, delivery, and manufacturing methods

Develop manufacturing processes for new and existing products

Research and design new products to meet industry needs

Provide technical problem resolution and support Required Skills

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in 3D modeling (SolidWorks preferred)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Willingness to travel as needed Required Knowledge

Understanding of manufacturing processes and product development

Familiarity with supply chain principles

Basic knowledge of agricultural equipment and industry trends (preferred) Abilities

Apply engineering principles to improve product performance

Translate technical concepts into practical solutions

Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
