Location: Memphis, TN

Join a top?tier mechanical contracting firm specializing in HVAC systems, process piping, plumbing, and industrial fabrication. Were hiring a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial MEP projects from planning through commissioning. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in managing mechanical construction, scheduling, and field operations within fast?paced environments. Youll coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor budgets and timelines, and drive successful delivery of complex mechanical systems for industrial and commercial clients.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience managing mechanical, plumbing, or MEP construction projects

Proficiency in Procore, Autodesk Build, Bluebeam, Revit, MS Project, and other project management platforms

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications

Strong leadership, organization, and client management skills

PMP certification or equivalent project management training preferred

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to maintain project flow

Supervise installation of HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, process piping, and plumbing systems

Ensure adherence to OSHA safety regulations, mechanical codes, and engineering specifications

Conduct regular site reviews, progress tracking, and client communication

Maintain precise documentation using industry?standard software tools
