Harmony ISD is seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable, and student-centered Varsity Offensive Coordinator to join our coaching staff. We are looking for a dynamic leader who is committed to developing student-athletes, building strong character, and contributing to the overall success of the Harmony Eagles athletic program.

Position:

Varsity Offensive Coordinator

Full-Time Coaching + Teaching Position

Responsibilities Include:

Leading the development and implementation of the offensive philosophy, playbook, and weekly game plans

Coordinating all offensive practices, meetings, and film sessions

Collaborating with the Head Football Coach and coaching staff to support overall program goals

Coaching a position group as assigned

Evaluating player performance and leading off-season development

Supporting academic success, sportsmanship, and character development of all student-athletes

Assisting with athletic program duties as needed throughout the year Qualifications:

Valid Texas teaching certificate (teaching field TBD based on district needs)

Prior football coaching experience required; play-calling or coordinator experience preferred

Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and the Harmony community

Commitment to UIL standards, compliance, and student safety Additional Information:

Teaching assignment will be determined based on applicant qualifications and district needs
