Substation Project Manager

Irby Construction Company is seeking a Substation Project Manager for the Tulsa, OK region. This role requires a minimum of eight to ten years of substation construction experience and a comprehensive understanding of all applicable OSHA codes and standards. The individual must be able to direct multiple crews.

This position involves:

Pre-construction duties including attending meetings, providing technical assistance, and managing office tasks.

Construction duties such as reviewing contracts, monitoring safety, and coordinating project activities.

General duties including personnel reviews, safety meetings, and project cost management.

Candidates should:

Adhere to all company safety and health policies.

Have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel and stay out of town.

Be able to work overtime and extended periods.

Work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects.

Be comfortable working at heights and around energized systems.
