You are a crucial part of our team's success and critical to building long-term relationships with our customers.

Our team is the highest performing in the Midas brand, and to join our team you should possess great communication skills and have a working knowledge of the basics of auto repair and maintenance.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Handle customer calls and interactions

Explain recommended service and the reasoning for that recommendation

Source and price necessary parts and labor

Find solutions for our customers

Support multiple stores

Build relationships with customers
