Classification: Club Sponsor

Primary Responsibilities:

Sponsor student preparation and production of a school play.

Additional Responsibilities:

Cooperate with the Assistant Principal for Activities in the following:

Submitting tentative schedule of anticipated meeting dates and events

Submitting participant lists, activity agreements, schedules, and other forms as needed

Sharing facilities

Developing non-conference schedules and the evaluation of officials (if needed)

Communicates with assistant sponsors (if applicable), students, and parents

Maintains digital communication for all stakeholders using District communication resources

Develops respect through example in the following:

Appearance, manners, behavior, language, conduct, prompt attendance

Demonstrates knowledge of the activity and an ability to teach and motivate members

Supervises students in compliance with school and team policies

Promotes the activity

Follows procedure for the purchase and care of supplies and equipment

Operates within the budget provided by the Assistant Principal for Activities
