2025-26 Schedule

Oxford Athletics is seeking a Head Coach for Junior Varsity Softball, which begins annually on the corresponding second Monday of March.

Qualifications are as follows:

Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate students

Knowledge of sport and commitment to sport

Ability to give time appropriate in quality and quantity to maintain a successful program

Must display a positive attitude

Responsibilities:

Scheduling of games and practices

Conducting team meetings

Communicating with student-athletes and families

Monitoring eligibility

Compliance with all MHSAA, OAA, and Oxford Schools Rules & Regulations

Supervision during transportation to and from sporting events

Corresponding with the OHS Athletic Office on a regular basis

Creating and implementing an off-season training plan

Other duties as assigned
