The Department of Business at Wheeling Universityis seeking qualified applicants for a part time Adjunct Instructor in Accountingto teach undergraduate-level accounting courses. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver high-quality instruction in an in-person or hybrid format and contribute to the academic success of our students.

Responsibilities:

Teach undergraduate-level accounting courses during the Spring 2025 semester.

Prepare and deliver engaging course content aligned with program learning objectives.

Provide mentorship and academic support to students.

Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Participate in required faculty meetings and adhere to university policies. Qualifications:

Master's degree in Accounting or a closely related field (required).

CPA certification (required)

Professional experience in accounting is preferred.

Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required.
