Job Title: Associate - Financial Services Group
Talantage, LLC is seeking, on behalf of our client, an Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of meaningful experience in M&A, securities, and general business transactions to join the firm's dedicated and dynamic Financial Services group. This is an excellent opportunity to work with sophisticated clients across a variety of industries in a collaborative practice environment.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in mergers and acquisitions from initial structuring through closing.
dvise public companies on disclosure and compliance matters.
ssist in securities offerings and related corporate governance matters.
Provide counsel to clients on general business and regulatory issues, including those impacting the financial services sector.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements and corporate documents.
Collaborate with partners and colleagues across practice areas to deliver high-quality service. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
Must be licensed to practice in Texas (required).
2-4 years of experience in M&A, securities, and general business transactions.
Experience with banking and financial services clients is desirable but not required.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
