Your Responsibilities:

Implement KinderCare's curriculum tailored to meet the diverse needs of each child.

Create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment that promotes play and learning.

Engage with parents and caregivers to build partnerships that support their children's education.

Collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve center goals in areas like enrollment and family engagement.

Establish positive relationships with families, colleagues, state licensing authorities, and community partners.

Required Skills and Experience:

Exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Meet the specific qualifications required by your state, or a willingness to obtain them.

CPR and First Aid Certification, or readiness to pursue certification.

Able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors.

Capable of maintaining physical and visual contact with children, ensuring their safety and engagement.

Fluent in English for effective communication with children and parents.

Compensation: The pay range is $15.45 - $15.45 per hour. In Minnesota, an additional $3.00 per hour premium is offered for classroom hours worked as part of the Minnesota Great Start Grant Compensation Support Program.
