LHH is actively recruiting for experienced eDiscovery Litigation Parlegals. We anticipate that our clients at some of the most sophisticated law firms and corporations in the area will continue to have growing needs for this hard to find skillset.

Common Duties:

• Conducting eDiscovery activities primarily in the collection of electronic data from specified systems and complex environments

• Responsible for identifying, preserving and collecting electronically stored information (ESI) for each matter/case project you are assigned by your manager including planning, execution, troubleshooting and problem resolution

• Document requirements of all projects and ensure manager review and approval before starting the project

• Co-coordinate with the IT Litigation Services team members and local office IT Coordinators in the collection process for the project you are assigned to

• Execute multiple priorities and projects on a daily basis, providing regular status updates to your manager and matter attorney and paralegal.

• Acquire working detailed knowledge of tools and provide demonstrations and training on the tools to the team and local office ITCs and others as needed • Assist in identifying gaps in our eDiscovery forensic tools, recommending solutions including emerging technologies; and involved in vendor solutions and vendor selection.

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or Paralegal certificate from an ABA accredited program.

•Three or more years working experience delivering electronic discovery services preferred.

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
