Packaging Associate

1st Shift Loaf Packer

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking 1st Shift Loaf Packer to join our production team. This role is responsible for packaging cheese loaves on a fast-paced rotational line while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Package loaves of cheese according to established procedures and quality standards.

Set up, sanitize, and prepare machinery before production; dismantle and clean equipment as needed.

Monitor machinery and product flow to ensure smooth operation.

Accurately record production data, including counts, weights, and machine adjustments.

Lift and handle blocks of cheese weighing up to 50 lbs.

Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.

Previous experience in manufacturing or food production is a plus but not required.
