We are seeking a full-time Machinist to join our team. This position has a daylight schedule, Monday through Friday, with the following qualifications:

Vo-tech machine technology program or minimum 2 years of machine shop experience

Programming experience, (G-Code at machine and CAM software a plus)

Knowledge of machining process and program improvements if applicable

Ability to identify and inspect incoming raw materials.

Knowledge of different material types (6061 vs 5000 aluminum, types of Steel and plastics)

Mechanically inclined/good problem-solving skills/ keen attention to detail

Knowledge of Algebra, Geometry, and basic Trigonometry

Experience using measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers and gauges, saws, sanders, grinders, drill press, tapping machines, deburring, and finishing machines.

Some heavy lifting required (25 to 50 lbs.) Responsibilities will include:

Operating HAAS CNC Mills, Lathes, and also standard machines.

Monitor and adjust tool diameter/height offsets to maintain part accuracy.

Read and understand part blueprints.

Perform in process inspections to assure quality.
