Mechanical Project Manager - Commercial Interiors - NoVA

The Mechanical Project Manager - Commercial Interiors - NoVA will:

Manage 40-50 HVAC projects annually, totaling ~$5M in work

Oversee estimating, scheduling, submittals, and fabrication coordination

Lead project execution and ensure quality, budget, and timeline goals

Collaborate with field teams and internal staff

Delegate to project assistants to increase capacity and earnings

Optional site visits based on PM preference

The Mechanical Project Manager - Commercial Interiors - NoVA will have:

Experience managing mechanical HVAC projects

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to handle multiple fast-paced jobs

Familiarity with ductwork systems preferred

Proactive, independent, and team-oriented

The Mechanical Project Manager - Commercial Interiors - NoVA will receive:

Competitive base salary

Bonus: $10K-$20K for every $1M managed beyond $5M
