Requirements

We are seeking extra ordinary Guest Services member (Concierge) who can engage with our amazing guests and provide services that exceed customer expectations. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working. Training will be provided in all aspects to help you be successful:

• Provide professional, friendly and engaging service in accordance with OYESPA's service standards

• Welcoming guests, answering phones and booking appointments

• Making tea, coffee, smoothies and food for guests and staff

• Assisting managers and service staff to improve guest experience or in-store tasks like laundry, organizing retail or service areas/rooms, laundry, dusting or cleaning surfaces, cleaning doors and windows.

• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management;

• Clean and disinfect public areas; and

• Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.

Qualifications:

Preferably enrolled in a Cosmetology program or interested in starting education in Cosmetology.

At least 16, must be able to commute to the job independently or have reliable transportation

High School Diploma or GED

1-2 years' experience working in hospitality and guest services

Passionate to serve guests with outgoing and pleasing personality to engage

Actively participates in advanced training or ongoing education to improve guest services
