Job Description

Oversee all phases of commercial ground-up construction projects.

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Manage daily operations at the construction site, including supervising teams.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols.

Monitor project progress and report updates to stakeholders.

Resolve any on-site issues to minimize project disruptions.

Ensure quality control throughout all phases of construction. The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

8+ years of experience in commercial construction

Proven track record managing ground-up projects with budgets of $20M or more

Strong leadership and communication skills

Deep understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and scheduling tools

Ability to interpret construction documents and resolve field issues proactively What's on Offer
