What you'll need:
Bachelor's Degree (Architecture, Interior Design) or equivalent combination of education, training and/or related experience.
5+ years of experience with move management, scenario planning, and strategic plans in a fast-paced corporate environment utilizing CADM or a similar tool
Design and Construction experience preferred
Proficient in AutoCAD planning tools
Interest in Environmental/Sustainable design, including furniture systems, artwork, HVAC and Electrical systems, Technology (IT/Audio Visual) as well as consideration of the aesthetics of the built environment.
Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
Strong skills in managing multiple projects, organization, time management, project management, teamwork, communications, adaptability, decision-making, customer focus, results orientation, and the ability to meet priorities and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.

Proficient with OfficeSpace, IWMS or similar space planning software
Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Knowledge of Tableau a plus
Ability to learn new software platforms and manage as well as stay up to date on current platforms PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
9+ years of relevant experience preferred
