What You’ll Be Doing

Perform work listed on repair orders accurately and efficiently

Diagnose, maintain, and repair all systems — engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, A/C, suspension, and more

Use modern diagnostic tools and test-drive vehicles to confirm repairs

Communicate clearly with Service Advisors to keep customers in the loop

Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications

Test and inspect systems for safety and performance

Replace or repair parts before breakdowns happen — stay ahead of the curve

Keep your bay clean, tools sharp, and mindset positive

Take pride in doing it right the first time — that’s what separates pros from parts changers

What You Bring

Previous automotive dealership experience

Strong grasp of the service drive process

High school diploma or equivalent

Steady hand, sharp mind, and strong mechanical skills

Friendly, team-focused attitude and great customer service

Basic computer and diagnostic software familiarity

Desire to keep learning and improving

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Willing to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check
