Finance Assistant

Salary: $40,000 - $55,000

Swoon is actively hiring a Finance Assistant to join the team!

What will your day-to-day will look like?

Handle day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoice verification, payment scheduling, tracking overdue payments, and resolving billing discrepancies.

Prepare and distribute weekly cash flow reports, providing variance insights and supporting financial forecasting.

Monitor, track, and reconcile inventory levels in partnership with production and procurement teams.

Support month-end close activities, including general ledger entries, financial data entry, and cross-departmental coordination.

Serve as a key liaison between vendors, customers, and internal teams, resolving inquiries promptly and contributing to continuous process improvements.

What's Required

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

Solid mathematical and analytical skills with the ability to perform cost calculations, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities with a proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow direction and execute accurately.

Adaptable and eager to learn, with preferred experience in accounting/finance, manufacturing environments, inventory management, or Business Central.
