Facilities Manager (Single Site)

Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000

Join Jerry Seiner Dealerships, where integrity, teamwork, and community drive everything we do. We're seeking a hands-on, proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and daily operations of our South Jordan Campus.
You'll ensure our showrooms, service departments, and offices run smoothly and reflect the high standards that define the Seiner brand.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily facility operations, including buildings, grounds, and systems.
Lead preventive maintenance for HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general infrastructure.
Coordinate vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations.
Respond promptly to maintenance needs and emergencies.
Oversee small renovation and improvement projects. Qualifications
3-5 years of facilities management or building maintenance experience.
Automotive or commercial property experience preferred.
Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety standards.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and budgets.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform hands-on maintenance tasks.
