The Delta Dental of Oklahoma Foundation is the philanthropic affiliate of Delta Dental of Oklahoma and a leading contributor to dental health and education-related projects and initiatives statewide. In addition to funding external programs through our grant program, we have several internal educational and dental care programs operated by Foundation staff.
The Manager, Oral Health Foundation is responsible for the supervision, operation and applicable personnel of the Foundation. This position is responsible for the development, analysis and implementation of the Foundation's grant program and educational programs. Position hires, trains, reviews and supervises assigned staff, and coordinates the efforts and schedules of all Foundation personnel. This position also handles the Foundation's daily operations and oversees all Foundation business in the absence of the Director, Oral Health Foundation.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Minimal Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in the field of Management, Business, Communications, or Leadership preferred, plus a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or management experience.
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in public relations, marketing, or communications.
Nonprofit fundraising or grant program experience is a plus.
