Position Purpose

New England College seeks a part-time faculty member to teach the following courses in the undergraduate Theatre program on our Henniker, NH campus.

Stagecraft I

Stagecraft II

The Design Process Essential Duties Summary

Engage all students to facilitate and achieve course learning outcomes

Review and grade all work submitted by students and provide timely and substantive feedback

Coach struggling students toward success

Provide in-class experiential learning opportunities in collaboration with the fall theatre production Additional Compensated Roles to be Determined Based on Applicant Interest

Serve as Designer for fall production

Required Qualifications

Minimum of a Master's degree in related subject area

Preferred Qualifications

Prior teaching and proven record of teaching effectiveness
