Lakeland Mental Health Center has a full-time position available for a Licensed Practical Nurse

(LPN) in our Detroit Lakes, MN location.

Hours: Monday/Friday, 8-5. Salary range is $41,499-$57,269. Excellent benefits package is available

Duties include providing nursing support to psychiatry staff in the clinical management of their caseloads.

Candidates must be licensed in MN as an LPN. Previous mental health/psychiatry experience is preferred but not required.

LMHC’s staff are specially trained to serve a broad spectrum of behavioral health care needs. LMHC has staff who are trained in the following trauma therapy techniques; Brainspotting, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and ART Therapy (Accelerated Resolution Therapy). Each of these methods offer a different approach to the healing process.

LMHC’s staff provides a full range of confidential behavioral health care services for families and individuals of all ages. Services are provided in an office setting, in a client’s home, in a school setting, or in a community setting. These services include individual, family, and/or group therapy, psychological evaluations, psychiatric assessments, psychiatric medication management and outreach services such as case management, rehabilitative mental health services, day treatment, and skills training. To meet this broad mission and be responsive to the needs in our communities, LMHC has formed many community partnerships with area schools, hospitals. clinics and other agencies.

Salary/Compensation: $41,499 - $57,269 per year
