Summary
As a Field Service Technician, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality service and support to our clients. This role is crucial for ensuring that our IT infrastructure operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing directly to our mission of continual improvement and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Perform on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of hardware and peripherals.
Utilize ticketing system to track work orders and manage service requests efficiently.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Diagnose technical issues related to Computer Equipment and Peripherals.
Ensure compliance with safety standards during all field operations.
Maintain accurate records of service activities and inventory management.
Must have dependable transportation. Personal Vehicle.
Able to service Illinois and norther Missouri. Qualifications
Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role.
Strong mechanical printer skills.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Familiarity with large format printers
Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
