Role Overview:

Mechanical One is seeking dedicated individuals to join the Project GoldenEye team, responsible for 24-hour live fleet monitoring to ensure safe and responsible driving practices across our fleet. Team members will play a key role in analyzing real-time driver data, responding to alerts, and providing immediate feedback to drivers to enhance overall fleet safety and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Monitor Driver Behavior: Use telematics software to track and assess driver behaviors, including speeding, harsh braking, distracted driving, and cell phone use.

Immediate Driver Feedback: Respond to alerts by contacting drivers directly, providing real-time feedback to promote safe driving habits and address safety concerns.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Record and analyze driver data to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Driver Support and Well-being: Prioritize driver safety and well-being by assessing alerts related to fatigue, vehicle health, and overall safety.

Qualifications

Experience in fleet management, transportation, or a related field is preferred.

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with drivers to provide constructive feedback.

Attention to Detail: Keen observational skills to monitor alerts and accurately record data.

Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of assessing situations quickly and determining appropriate responses.

Technical Skills: Comfortable using telematics software and other fleet management tools (training provided).
