So much more! Your Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze sample size piles of commodities.
Record data to ensure accuracy for reporting needs.
Load and unload oven with metals to ensure they are dry before testing.
Accurately size samples before testing.
Responsible for quality and accuracy of submitted samples.
Follow all safety procedures.
Sort through and analyze required metals.
Conduct general cleaning of lab and designated area as assigned.
Communicate with supervisor and colleagues.
Perform other job duties as assigned. What You'll Need:
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of different metals.
Ability to perform basic math, reading, and writing.
Ability to lift and handle 20 pounds.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail required. Education:
High School graduate or GED-Equivalent required.
