Operations Manager - Night Shift

Location:Holt, MI

Schedule:NightShift ;6pm - completion

Operational Excellence

Oversee all aspects of night shift operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving.

Partner with transportation and cross-functional teams to ensuretimely,accuratedeliveries.

Monitor KPIs and operational metrics toidentifyopportunities for improvement, efficiency, and cost optimization.

Reinforce a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Conduct regular performance reviews and strategy sessions with Supervisors to translate metrics into actionable insights.

Ensure adherence to DEA, OSHA, andMcKessonregulatory standards.

Champion a culture of safety through training, monitoring, and proactive risk mitigation.

Maintainaccuratedocumentation and reporting to support transparency and audit readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field; or equivalent experience in warehouse distribution

6+ years of operational experience, preferably in large-scale distribution environments, 2+ years in a leadership role

Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory systems, and material handling equipment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to build trust across teams and departments

Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access)

Familiarity with lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies preferred

Knowledge of DEA and OSHA regulations and commitment to workplace safety

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position $66,000 - $110,000
